- I follow the connect, serve, ask, model. If you're not familiar I will ask you about your business, think about who I can connect you to or how I can best serve you, then I'll ask you to do the same for me.

- If you'd like an introduction, I'd recommend you have a blurb about yourself ready to send me so that I can help you put your best foot forward.

- I have resources around who I am, who I serve, and what we do available on request. This is a PDF file that you can save to share with others. Feel free to "R&D" it... which means rip off and duplicate!
